Designed and implemented updates to interior and exterior, including custom front desk, custom storage bench, interior shelving, custom exterior furniture, new fixtures, custom draperies, and mural work.

Repainted entire 2BR apartment including ceilings. Removed and replaced bathroom sink cabinet, pipes, and fixtures (finished product shown). Replaced kitchen cabinet base moulding throughout where water damage had occurred thanks to leaky dishwasher and fridge. Multiple ceiling fixtures replaced. Kitchen sink faucet replacement. Security door removed and new on installed. (MOST WORK NOT DOCUMENTED)

Johansen house updates 2020 - Atwater Village, Los Angeles

Repainted entire 3 BR house. Regrouted guest bathroom tub. Replaced all recessed lighting fixtures in kitchen. Custom color-matched dining room wall paint where repairs had damaged custom paint job. Repainted back gazebo. Repaired ceiling and wall plaster in living room. (MOST WORK NOT DOCUMENTED)
